The company undertakes the maintenance project of the Russian Fortuna 1600T floating crane. 

The drive system adopts VACON inverters, and the PLC control system adopts Siemens S7-400. 

The main electrical work this time involves the following contents: 

1. Replace fans, capacitors, drive boards and control boards of VACON inverters and conduct tests; 

2. Both the LCMS system and the cab CMS system will be redeveloped using Siemens WCC software; 

3. Optimize and upgrade the weighing system, switch the main hook wire rope between 2*14 and 2*8, and synchronize the system screen to the console; 

4. Maintenance of high-voltage cabinets, high-voltage transformers, central slip rings and motors, etc. The above work has all been completed, and the trial weighing was completed and delivered on May 12, 2026
